Jessica Bromley Bartram is an illustrator, graphic designer, and writer who lives in Ottawa with her partner Ian and beagle-mutt Eleanor. She has self-published quite a few illustrated/risograph zines, some of which will be collected into a single book called Ghost Water Kiss, which will be published in Spring 2019 by Popnoir Editions. In 2017, she illustrated her first picture book, Charles, for Fitzhenry and Whiteside, and is working on a second one, also out in Spring 2019.
