WHAT IS CANZINE SASKATOON?

Canzine is a free, Canada-wide festival of zines and underground print culture. Canzine has or has had festivals in Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Calgary, Halifax, and now… and it’s coming to Saskatoon!

It’s free to visit, so come check out tons of amazing exhibitors and creators sharing comics, zines and underground print excellence — from first time self-publishers to seasoned zine dreamers

You’ll have the opportunity to purchase, trade, and even create a zine, make a button, and learn more about the world’s greatest medium. We will have an introduction to zine culture so you can learn more about this thriving, grassroots publishing tradition as well as a pop-up zine library, art exhibits, and a hands-on workshop.

Want an exhibitor table? Registration is open and comes with a subscription to Broken Pencil Magazine. If you’re not sure whether you’re a fit (you probably are) or have other questions about tabling, reach out to [email protected].

New to zines or want to know more? Looking to volunteer or get involved Have other questions or concerns?

You can also email [email protected] and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
