I received this zine as a gift last year, and a gift indeed it was. Julie, the editor, has her finger in so many pies that catch my interest I want to just eat her up. She explores capitalist exploitation, the hallucinogen Ibogaine and its therapeutic qualities, domination sex work, intersexuality, and cars that run on vegetable oil, to name just a few. I also love the illustrations she accompanies the pieces with-of her own hand, and of the hands of other artists. This is a hefty zine, with great depth in articles. It could keep you reading and thinking for hours. Check it out, with her range of interests you’re sure to find something to catch your fancy, and you’ll definitely do some learning. I hope there are many more to come, ’cause this is one of my favourites! (heze douglas)
