Whuddafug reminds me a lot of Kissoff zine with its short, mostly unrelated journal style pieces, all jam-packed with thoughtful insight. There are flashes from a married man’s attempt to fast every other day, quotes from books he’s been reading, reminders of everyday irony, and reflections on moving from California to Texas. The entries are accompanied by gruesome and beautiful photos of lonely forests with dark shadows, and the author’s favourite spot to have a picnic. (Samantha Trees)
