This zine is awesome! As you probably gathered from the title it’s an informational zine on A.I.D.S. but it sure as heck isn’t a dry, boring pamphlet promoting “Just say no”. In fact an article entitled “Fighting the Thought Police: Censorship and HIV Prevention” takes on the ageism, homophobia and Christian fundamentalism inherent in most government sponsored AIDS education programs. The other great thing about this zine is the many excellent comics throughout the zine that answer many common questions about AIDS. With Characters such as “AIDS Phobia Guy” “Diesel the Wonder Dyke” AIDS eh, is a fun, entertaining and educational zine that anyone would enjoy reading. (GS)
