There is no doubt this zine has it going about 50/50, for now. Like try to find the address after the editorial says write me please. But aside from that, there’s some cool stuff in here that gives us the idea that skull geek will 1) stick it out and 2) be a great zine once the kinks are ironed out. The comics are good, although one really sucked. The zine reviews were plentiful and informative. There are some great clippings like “The Pope’s Perfect Woman”, and the interviews were alright; the Hayden interview was interesting if a little too complacent. Obviously, the best thing about this ‘zine is skull geek the character/editor/writer itself. By far the best cartoons are the ones in which skull geek appears — best panel: “Skull geek evens the score with is cat.” Let’s see more skull geek please, including personality development and what he does for a living.
