As part of International Zine Month, we’ll be posting a zine review a day on our blog in July. Today’s review is from Issue 38.

A collection of several often non sequitur drawings, all, as the title suggests, sketched out in quick, rough lines. The two more text-heavy and sequential illustrations in this zine really resonated with me: ‘Nugget Ranch’, a flow chart of one evening’s events where the GO train, ‘boring break dancers’, questionable student art and random stomach pain make guest appearances and ‘Questions and Areas of Concern,’ a thought web asking the inevitable questions of self publishing and art making. There are lots of living rooms, classrooms, humans and animals snuck up on from behind in here. Lots of quiet and space. (Sarah Pinder)
