This issue addresses the perils of doing laundry as our hero, Dorkboy, has to fight evil ninjas and lint monsters who emerge from his pile of dirty socks. I enjoy comic books, but most of them are poorly drawn and humourless. This one, however, has both good artwork and comedy (example: “Oh, no!! What’s happening? First I am brutally beaten by a living pile of pocket lint … and now Matlock is interrupted!). This isn’t brain surgery by any means, but it’s a fun little diversion. (KR)
