With headlines like “Action Demanded As Problems Grow”, “Nuclear Weapons Ban Sought” and “NFU Resists Ruin of the CWB”, it’s obvious that Independence News is coming from an unapologetically defiant left-wing position. That’s the good news. The bad news is that the headlines are pretty much indicative of the quality of the copy. It’s pretty damn dogmatic, and while it’s easy to agree with the general thrust of the paper, it’s pretty difficult to actually force yourself to read the whole thing.
