LGirl keeps at her aims of educating people about Lupus and challenging people to get informed about people rather than ostracizing them. In this issue she gives us the full low-down on the symptoms and diagnosis of the disease (it takes an average of 8 years to diagnose!). LGirl’s boyfriend also makes a guest appearance with a brief piece about what it’s like hanging out with Jacyln, how Lupus affects her and him by extension. Also, book, magazine and website reviews continue Jaclyn’s challenge to body image myths. As we said last time, we again look forward to many more issues of this zine.
