You don’t have to bend over backwards and wriggle under a pole to win with this Limbo. Actually, once you’re in Limbo, you’re in it, if you know what I mean. This suspended animation of life in, among other things, the front seat of a Calgary taxi cab, strangely moves all over the place, gently and vividly, granting voyeur rights but never really forcing you to act/react. The passenger roster/life stories are interspersed with haunting and beautiful poetry, some fine illustration, strange photography and comics. Dance or lay flat on your back, but do it with a copy of Limbo in your hand.
