One of the best things about Nine, is the heartfelt fandom and enthusiasm which it radiates. Every page wears its heart on its spine. The two interviews in this issue, one with Down By Law, and the other with The Sweaters, are excellent. There are also reviews of live shows, records and other zines. So, dude, if you’re “not PUNK enough because you either like green day and/or the offspring, don’t like crass, were not born prior to 1970 & therefore are not old enough to have been INTO IT in the late 70’s & early 80’s, come from a nice family, don’t have mohawks or anything else the harder core than thou, elitist bunch can think of”, you need this zine.
