This is quite a fine little paper. Filled with informative, interesting articles, it doesn’t bog down in theory or dogma, but instead cuts nicely through the crap you usually find in mainstream newspapers. There are articles on community groups & actions, evictions overcome, fingerprinting of welfare recipients, plus tons of news shorts which focus on BC, but also fan out to cover national and international stories. There’s even a batch of good news stories – ie. people fighting back and winning. Positive, empowering, and encouraging. (HC)
