The world renowned arts, culture, and heritage festival created by psychiatric survivors, consumers, mad people, and people whom the world has labeled “mentally ill.” All events are free or pay what you can, and they include a Mad Hatter tea party, dance parties, a symposium and lots of arts and performance events.
