Some clever work, good illustration, slightly (only slightly) warped point of view in the four strips in this issue. Most of these comics seem to involve autobiographical experiences that are transformed a la magic realism kinda stuff into memorable vignettes of comicness. Sample dialogue — “Did you truly leave them to die while you fled?” “Anna, they were both dead. Well Kam wasn’t but it was just as bad!” “And you did not avenge them? Then you are worse than a liar. You are a coward.” The letters at the back are entirely enjoyable — as in it’s always fun to listen to other people’s conversations.
