This neat little comic zine comes from a guy who REALLY likes zines (he even teaches classes in making them!) so you can tell the passion is there. Marc’s drawings are charming if simplistic, and he accentuates his diary bits with a warm and friendly sense of humour. BFD can drag at times–after all, this documents February 2007 in Marc’s life, and not every day is a winner–but there’s enough here to make for a good 30 minute read. I’m not sure if anyone would really be inclined to read this more than once, but if you’re looking for something to brighten up your Monday morning commute, BFD could be the thing. (Michael Tau)
