Jonathan Keetz reports on diamonds, fashion and vampires in his newspaper-like zine. He also includes many obituaries. This is a neglected area for most zines. Good so far. Trouble is, Jonathan insists on writing everything in kanadan. And also something called franse/-torontwaa (possibly in an attempt to maintain our country’s bilingual status). Reading a couple dozen zines for review can sometimes be a chore. Reading something that is phonetically obsfucated can be annoying. Dhe Jeneral Ruules uv kanadan (dhe final langweej) were supplied, but I did not bother learning them. I have enough trouble with ingglish. (TD)
