This slick-looking French-language music zine features articles about and/or interviews with Tortoise, Multiple Cat, Fearless Freep and others. The editor says in the introduction that emoRAGEi’s mission is to introduce both local and international emerging artists to the French-speaking public. They seem to be doing a good job – the writers are well-informed, articulate and impassioned about the music they cover. Lots of reviews. (Wendy Banks)
