A series of drawings by the talented and disturbed Ladouceur, whose work is new to me. This is an accomplished effort, surreal in its scope, but not dismissively so – these aren’t slick Dali knock-offs, by any means. They are, instead, achingly decrepit. A leg-less withered elephant. Several prematurely aged toddlers, their bodies slumped and defeated. (HN)
