As always, Ross provides a lucrative mixture of small press trivia, righteous indignation, and all too enjoyable weirdness. The debate about the Toronto small press book fair rages on, as does the question of selling out to Tower Records. Ross teaches a poetry class, Chris Kubsch writes a good essay on surrealism as it relates to the work of writer Lillian Necakov. As always, “the journal of small press stuff” proves to be essential and contentious reading.
