This ‘zine is a thick fruit-cake packed full of surprises. Pages of over-wrought poetry give way to a rant about explicit lyric warning labels, very personal little stories and some rather hilarious collage work the likes of which I would hate to describe because it would be like saying in your next bite of fruit-cake you will receive some walnut and a raisin. The eclectic features are more vibrant and memorable then the generally gloomy writing. These include a heterosexual questionnaire (1. What do you think caused your heterosexuality?) and a page full of supposedly found letters that were painfully enjoyable to purvey; okay: this ‘zine is done by imaginative folks and it is going to keep getting better — take a bite, help the search continue, the cake tastes good, the ice-cream is melting, often desert is better then the main course, more fruit in the cake.
