I don’t understand the ongoing appeal of this kind of music but, based on the amount that gets sent to me here at BP HQ, someone must be liking it. My tolerance for gruff voiced punk rock topped out back in 1985 and I wouldn’t be surprised if these crusty Quebecers were still in diapers then. That said, they win points for quoting Samuel Backett in their liner notes and then lose them for calling one song Burn Guelph Burn. My advice to you is to wait until they appear at your local squat and then judge for yourself. (Terence Dick)
