The pesky conscience of Canada is back with a rejuvenated youthful look and random but accurate raids on popular culture. Of course This is best when it does what it does best which is write hard-hitting articles on the slow whittling away of what makes Canada great by the very institutions that we count on to keep this damn country running. So okay. They also publish good fiction on a regular basis. This is one of those magazines that is supported by a lot of grants when it should be supported by a lot of readers.
