TUESDAY FEB 25

CANBPA2014 Covers Panel, 7pm, Monarch Tavern, 12 Clinton Street, $10

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but some things are just plain ugly. Every year we see covers that capture the best book design has to offer – covers that grab our attention, widen our eyes, drop our jaws, and knock our socks off.
But then there are the ones that just don’t.
Come join the CanBPA on February 25 for one of our most popular events: The Annual Covers Panel! Watch designers, booksellers, journalists, and other publishing professionals review the best, worst, and WTF covers of 2013 amidst a loving and rapturous audience.
