She also writes about music and horror for a number of publications, including the Quill & Quire, Exclaim! and Rue Morgue, and has lectured on Satanic cults in cinema for The Black Museum lecture series in Toronto. She loves dogs, doom metal and karaoke and makes a mean motherfuckin' rice pilaf.
