Rudolph Ming is a pre-teen boy in Latvia who is passionate about his own style of filmmaking, which involves drawing images on long strips of parchment paper, running it through a projector and enthusiastically narrating these tiny horror films. This documentary looks at the value of art and creativity and introduces us to a boy with an amazing (and enviable) imagination. (Lindsay Gibb)
