Largely a music zine with tastes ranging from Broken Girl to Fluffy and Urusei Yatsura, there’s a long interview with Stereolab and a bunch of reviews and New release info. Then there are the personal bits, like all about making the zine, about how our zinester suddenly finds himself forced to work at his father’s business and that the idea of being a junkie has become more appealing since his favourite book is Trainspoting (sic). Which brings me to the typos – normally such things don’t bug me too much, be when the font changes every other article, indicating a computer that surely must have spell-check, it’s irritating to try and figure out what they really meant to say. Did I mention the missing pages… Anyway, the whole thing wraps up with an essay on Islamic fundementalism and a “Really Cool Survey with Prizes.” I don’t know where this things going, but it’s probably, hopefully, up.
