When I first picked up this zine, I did not have high hopes, but I was pleased to find that it possessed some great insight from an intelligent individual. The author describes the state of women in punk from the perspective of a fan and musician. This zine is essential for anyone who loves punk music and/or cares about where it’s going. There is an amusing, yet serious section on “How not to be an asshole to women involved in music,” and a book review section that gives good recommendations for books that young, emerging feminists should read.
