These geeks are really into reruns: Wonder Years, Growing Pains, The Cosby Show jezzzuz they are trying to tell me that the Cosby Show was some kind of feminist revolution or something. I dunno, these kids. Kara’s review of Heavenly Creatures was alright, but someone’s a bit confused about who Janet Frame is, that is, she’s not just a character in a Jane Campion film, but an actual New Zealand author. So don’t go on about how you are the kid in the movie, when you are actually the kid in the book, which makes you the unknown twin of a great New Zealand writer. TV, bands and movies. Don’t you kids read anymore? They print the answers to their big survey, including the all important question: “What is hoody?” Colours of this issue’s pages are in order: purple, blue, green, pink, yellow, green, yellow, pink. This pattern suggests what? This is one of those zines that is so boring it’s exciting. Flashes of greatness mascarade as mediocrity out in a coloured paper Kamloops.
