There are more columns, tons of longer stories, a bunch of reviews, but we couldn’t find the beer guy. What happened to the beer guy? The work in Zygote is good, but it tends toward the mundane in its language and content so one must contend on occasion with a certain dullness to the prose. Last issue we wrote “there’s nothing wrong with this magazine” which is still the case.
