Burgomasterpiece Theatre: Issue 68

Burgomasterpiece Theatre is the Broken Pencil comics column by artist Patrick Burgomaster. Patrick is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He is very handsome and has a great sense of humour. Patrick is a graduate of NSCAD University and teaches drawing and children’s art classes there. Burgo’s comics deal with the absurdity and tragedy of Canadian politics.

Alison Lang is the editor of Broken Pencil Magazine. She also writes about music and horror for a number of publications, including the Quill & Quire, Exclaim! and Rue Morgue, and has lectured on Satanic cults in cinema for The Black Museum lecture series in Toronto. She loves dogs, doom metal and karaoke and makes a mean motherfuckin' rice pilaf.
