Guelph, Ontario’s 5th annual Kazoo Festival is currently in full swing, featuring music, films, multi-media and zines.
At 11am today the zine and comic expo portion of the festival kicks off featuring tablers such as Jason Kieffer, Marta Chudolinska, twelveohtwo zine distro, Marc Bell, Maranda Elizabeth and Dave Cave.
Broken Pencil will be there, represented by our new arts editor Melissa Luk and designer Ian Sullivan Cant. Come by our table and say hello to them and pass on your zines for review.
After the zine fair, Kazoo is holding an afterparty featuring a zine and comic award ceremony and refreshments.
The zine and comic expo takes place at the Norfolk Street United Church (75 Norfolk St) and the afterparty will be held at eBar (41 Quebec St).
