Well Hell! Wouldn’t you know it. Those crazy Laplanders are up to their old tricks again. And what’s more, out of all the reviewers here at Broken Pencil I get stuck with the job of reviewing it. Anyway, if you’re into international punk zines you might want to drop these guys a line. They say it’s free, but of course later on they say send $1.00 or something in trade (maybe it’s an anarchist collective thang). The content seems to be a mishmash of broken English poems, California dreams, and “Lagwagon” advertisements. (David Paananen)
