Call for Submissions: BUTTON POETRY


Poetry video submission.


  • Must be a video submission.
  • 1-4 minutes maximum.
  • File may not exceed 1GB.
  • Must be 18 years or older to submit.
  • All languages are permitted but must include English subtitles.
  • One video per submission.
  • Must own the rights to ALL content in the video.
  • Accepting group poems.
  • Most video types accepted.


  • Entry Fee:
    • $8 per submission
    • $6 per submission for Young Writers (ages 18-21)
    • $6 per submission from International Entrants (outside the U.S.)
  • Prize:
    • The winner’s and runners-up videos will be featured on Button Poetry’s social media. The winner will receive a $500 honorarium. All entrants will receive 20% off any purchase from the Button Poetry website.
